Our 100% Casein is filtered directly from milk, a method that produces the least- processed casein available.
Micellar casein is a complementary protein to whey, and both proteins provide exceptional benefits for your daily fitness routine. Whey protein triggers muscle recovery quickly post-workout because of its rapid absorption into your system. Micellar casein provides a sustained release of amino acids. This helps to promote and support the body's ability to recover, whether taken during the day to help you meet your protein goals or pre-bedtime to aid in muscle recovery while you sleep.
We're able to do this because, unlike most companies, we don't buy our micellar casein, we make it ourselves - and we've been doing it for many years. We buy the milk from trusted dairy farmers and then filter the proteins in our own facilities. We use zero artificial flavors and sweeteners. It's not the easiest way to do it, but as you know, real results don't come from easy.
Just one scoop of Ascent Protein will deliver as much protein as eating any of the following:

To make a shake, add 1 scoop of powder to 10 to 12 fluid ounces of beverage and stir, shake or blend to your liking.
To make a pudding, add 1 scoop of powder and 5 ounces of liquid to a bowl - stir and chill for 5 minutes.
